Frequently asked questions

Do you make staircases?

Yes in various sizes, our K-reg compliant stairs come as standard as 13 treads and are always in stock, including ones with lifting lugs, but are also available as 11, 12, 14 and 15 treads by request. Supplied with handrails, landings and support pillars as desired, we also supply 3 tread stairs and landings, as well as 1 and 2 tread extensions.

Do you have stairs to allow cabins to be stacked?

Yes we have stair solutions available for most commercially available cabins, supplied with landings, gantries and roof covers as requested, these can be supplied as Twin Stacks, Tripple Stacks or Quad stacks

What size cabins do you make?

Cabins are supplied from 4×4 ft and 4x 6ft all the way up to 24 x 10ft, Cabins can be supplied as Offices, converted shipping containers, toilets, showers, drying rooms, garden offices and summer houses, stores, chemical cossh stores, canteens, reception desks, sleepers, retail units, gate houses and Kiosks. Cabins can be combined to create a modular building with larger footprints and have been supplied as pop up shops, gyms, dance studios, farm shops, garage units and a whole range of bespoke sizes and variations contact us for options including cladding

Do Rossco cabins come in standard configurations of Windows and doors?

We have standard windows and door configurations available but every cabin can be redesigned to have a different number of windows, lighting and internal features, as well as different styles of windows including patio/French doors, roller shutters, hatches and more. Cabins can also have toilets, kitchens and bathrooms fitted as required.

Do you make cabins?

We do not currently offer as a standard cabin. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements

Do you line cabins with plasterboard?

Our Cabins are all lined with speckled 3mm wallboard with Mono-white ceiling panels, all of which are durable and easy to clean.

Are your units JCOB compatible (Fire retardant)?

Not currently

Do you deliver?

Our current standard terms and conditions are Ex-Works

What range of colours for cabins are available.

We are happy to paint cabins to any of the 2000+ RAL colour paints available, in addition cabins can be wrapped and have customer suppled decals applied.

Do you supply cabins in mixed colours (banding)?

Not currently

Can you supply interiors of different colours?

Our Cabins are all lined with speckled 3mm wallboard with Mono-white ceiling panels

Can the cabins be coated to reduce condensation?

All Cabins are offered with foam insulation as a customer optional extra to reduce condensation.

What size and style of effluent/waste tanks are available.

Waste tanks can be supplied from 200 to 1600 gallons, are all 3mm steel double welded construction, in all the same RAL colours that our cabins can be painted too. They can be supplied as step tanks with guard rails, stand alone or load bearing. Our tanks are designed to be compatible with all our Toilet and shower units.

Do you manufacture other products than Cabins and Stairs?

Yes we current have a range of ancillary products, including Shelving, Smoking Shelters, Water Bowsers, Boot Cleaning and more

Do you provide a repair service if a cabin is damaged?

Yes we offer a complete cabin onsite repair service including complete replacement of roofs, walls, ironmongery and linings, for more complex repairs and repainting cabins can be returned to our factory.
